Sand Soccer Tournament 2008!

Score Goal is proud to announce our 2nd Sand Soccer Tournament @ Antelope Island, Utah.
DATE: June 28, 2008
COST: $200 per team
Deadline: June 18, 2008
Format: 5v5 (just like Futsal but on Sand!)

This is a fun filled event for the whole family not just a soccer tournament, there are Bison and other animals roaming freely on the Island, there is camping, biking, hiking, bird watching, and much more. Samba Jinga
|
 The Samba Jinga Academy will instruct girls & boys to confidence and poise on the ball when at their feet.
Samba Jinga moves out doors and down south in Sandy come March. We will stay true to our Futsal "roots" and instruct, touch, touch, and more touchs. We will use outdoor balls and instill the principles of soccer in our academy students. Futsal is a scaled down version of outdoor soccer. Ever wonder how soccer’s superstars such as Zico, Ronaldo Ronaldihno, and Robinho became such creative players? Granted, they are probably not from the planet earth, but still, how can they so effortlessly capture opportunities that no one else even sees? Not surprisingly, when questioned, these Brazilian greats are adamant that Futsal is where they developed their somewhat unique and decidedly incredible skills.
Join us as Samba Jinga moves out side in Sandy this spring and summer. Score-Goal's Futsal coaches hold a National Youth License from US Soccer and instruct players in the way of getting those Futsal touches on the ball.

Due to the demand of wanting to play more and more Futsal we will be hosting our first ever Summer League!
June 2nd to July 2nd Location TBD!
Youth/Adult Summer League -

6-8 Games
$350 per team (all ages) (12 players max on the roster!) plus Referee Fees1 of $10 per game

The Referee Fee needs to be paid in cash on the court to the Referee before each game. This fee also covers a TimeKeeper. This results in more playing time because the Referee does not have to waste time stopping the clock or changing the score! |

The one hour of Free Training Time will be assigned by Score Goal and must be used before Dec 31st. The Fee Training Time is subject to court availability (i.e. Saturday nights, Sunday afternoons) and can not be applied toward any rental time that has already been booked. |

Sand Soccer Tournament in Utah? Yes, this year's Sand Soccer event will take place at Antelope Island. This fun fill game of soccer is like Futsal but played with on sand and with lighter ball there are 5 players per side and the playing area is a little bigger then our large Futsal courts.
